Life Rolls On

For those unaware of Jesse Billauer's story, check his foundations' website www.liferollson.org and be ready for the inspiration. Life is fragile at the best of times, but we all have the chance to give more and be better humans, especially when it comes to supporting those in need. Last night, at Hollywood's premiere event location - The Kodak Theater (yep, where they hold the Oscars) a gala charity night took place and shined light brightly on spinal cord research and the incredible work being done to help those disadvantaged by unfortunate accidents. Honorary chairperson Dominic Purcell (star of Prison Break, fan of Insight) was among those present to help raise awareness and dollars for this noble cause. 9-time world champion kelly Slater and all-round great guy Rob Machado also dropped in, together with singer Brandon Boyd of Incubus, and a host of other celebrities. It was a humbling night, and solid reminder of the good people can do when joining forces in the fight for what is right. The last photo was taken by Tom Servais.
