How did all of what you do begin?
Chris and I and a handful of other people grew up with eachother in Los Angeles. Through shared interests in skateboarding and punk rock we were always making shit together. As time has gone on we have all traveled different paths and came back together in 2005 to form Dethkills finding ourselves doing the samething as what we were doing when we were 13. It’s our passion, what we love doing and it hasn’t stopped through out the years. We are open to work with whoever wants to be involved. You get what you put into it, that’s what we have always said. Derek, working as a fulltime artist, has been a huge part of it since the begining and has been the driving force behind a lot of the gallery work that we have done. It’s been a crazy ride so far and we are just getting started. Everything seems to be falling into place which makes me think that we are doing it the right way. You’re nothing without you’re friends and that’s the main reason this is going the way it is. I don’t think we would be able to do what we are doing if it wasn’t for everyone involved. To the future…did I even answer the question?
Do you think what you do is important?
It’s important to us and that’s all that matters. If people are into it then cool…if not…that’s fine too.
When was the last time you slept in somebody else’s bed?
The other day.
When was the last time you thought of cannibalism?
The last time I slept in someone elses bed…is that weird?
Have you ever thought of sewing a skin suit made from human skin or any other mammal, and while wearing said skin suit-going out to a bar and looking for companionship?
Not till just now…I think polar bear would prolly be the way to go.

Wake up…have breakfast with my family…then hit the bars with all my friends…take mushrooms about 17 hours into it then jump out of a plane while theirs still time. No parachute of course.

Where are you from? Born in the San Fernando Valley, grew up on the border of LA and Ventura County.

Do you think what you do is important? I’d like to think so but the world is a big place full of important things.

I saw some dude the other night wear a fucking UGG VEST at a bar! Me and my lady just sat there and questioned his sexuality and decision making process when it comes purchasing ugg garments.

How did all of what you do begin? It was definetly an evolving process. Ive known Bobby for almost 15 years now and Derek for about 8 or 9. So we and other close friends, that we have know for the same time frame, had all been creating art/music/design/printing etc. for some time individualy and Dethkills basicly became the hub.
