That's right, Insight has been rocking as a brand since the 80's. Founded by Australian shaper Greg Webber and Rodney Dahlberg, together with pro surfer Drew Down, they created a surfboard label which dominated their local and national scene, then gained international recognition thanks to surfers like 1988 world champion Barton Lynch riding them to success. As you can see from this ad Chuck Dent Surfboards placed in a classic Op Pro Guide some 20 years ago, Huntington Beach area was down for Insight long before we created the threads you're wearing today.
